Ayleid Respawn

Varla and Welkynd Stones now respawn in ALL Ayleid dungeons!

Fast Arrows

A small tweak that speeds up the flight of all arrows to a reasonable level. Archers rejoice, for you will no longer feel like you are shooting a toy bow!
